The Board of Directors of the Bank of Russia reduced the key rate at its meeting on June 6.

From June 9, 2025 the rate is equal to 20%. The previous value of 21% was set in October last year.

“Current inflationary pressures, including sustained inflationary pressures, continue to decline. With domestic demand still outstripping the ability to expand the supply of goods and services, the Russian economy is gradually returning to a trajectory of balanced growth,” the Central Bank said.

The next meeting on the key rate will be held on 25.07.2025.
