As one of the many cases won by our tax lawyers, we can cite, for instance, a leading European company operating in the property and construction industry involved in a VAT-related dispute with tax authorities. Our tax litigators represented this client in court which awarded a full VAT refund of RUB 200 million. This client then went on requesting further consultation on taxation matters.

Another example of the successful work done by our tax lawyers is the planning and implementation of a new corporate structure (reorganisation) for an international company with 5 production locations in Russia and thousands of employees. Our tax lawyers played a major role in the planning and implementation stages of this project.
