What is included in our payroll outsourcing service?

Our payroll outsourcing services consists a set of services that may be changed depending on client requirements:

  • Calculation of salary for time worked;
  • Calculation of vacation pay;
  • Calculation of severance payments in case of dismissal;
  • Calculation of payments for sick leaves;
  • Calculation of bonus payments;
  • Calculation of travel expenses based on the average salary;
  • Calculation of other compensation payments;
  • Calculation and deduction of personal income tax from wages;
  • Calculation of social insurance contributions (RSV form);
  • Transfer of payroll and tax data for transfer of funds;
  • Monthly transfer of the settlement statement to the director or other authorized representative of the client;
  • Monthly automatic transfer of payslips to employees or authorized representative of the client (electronically);
  • Import of payroll data into the accounting program: filling in payroll expense reports for verification and registration;
  • Preparation of reporting for state authorities.

What payroll reporting is included in the service

Currently there are 3 standard statutory payroll reports in Russia:

  • Reports to the Social Fund of Russia (SFR);
  • Reports to the tax authorities on personal income tax and insurance contributions (RSV);
  • Statistical reports (Form P-4).
