The federal project “Labor Productivity”, implemented in 2019 – 2024, which helped companies to implement lean production technologies, use internal resources more efficiently, improve logistics and product sales, will continue until December 31, 2030.

Within the framework of the project, enterprises of basic non-resource industries can receive qualified expert assistance in eliminating inefficiencies in the production process, as well as training of employees in methods of increasing labor productivity.

If the criteria are met, the enterprise can become a participant of the project on a free-of-charge basis.

Participation criteria:

a) the company’s revenue from 400 million RUB (for the Tourism industry – from 180 million RUB) for the previous or current year (excluding VAT). If the application for participation is submitted before March 31, it is possible to confirm compliance with the criterion on the basis of revenue for the period preceding the previous one;

b) relation of the enterprise to the basic non-resource industries of the Russian Federation economy by the main or additional type of economic activity, for example: “Manufacturing industries”, ‘Construction’, ‘Transportation and storage’, ‘Tourism’ with some exceptions and others;

c) the company applies the general taxation system (OSNO) or the unified agricultural tax (UAT);

d) the share of participation of tax residents of foreign countries in the authorized (share) capital is not more than 50%, except for companies under temporary management of Rosimushchestvo.

Experts of the Federal Competence Center (FCC) provide support in the following areas:

  • Implementation and adaptation of the process of goal-setting and motivation of employees to achieve goals
  • Optimization of production and office processes with the help of lean production tools in order to create sample flows
  • Formation of a project management system and creation of an infrastructure for implementing a culture of continuous improvement
  • Training employees on the production site and nurturing trainers for subsequent knowledge transfer
  • Training managers and employees to transform the production culture
