The lists of medical organizations authorized to issue medical documents for foreign citizens undergoing medical examinations have been changed

Adjustments have been made to the lists of medical organizations authorized to issue medical documents for foreign citizens undergoing medical examinations:

In the Leningrad Region, a new list has been adopted: the main medical institutions remain on the new list. Resolution of the Government of the Leningrad Region No. 843 of October 10, 2025 “On Amending Resolution of the Government of the Leningrad Region No. 5 of January 26, 2015, ”On Approving the List of Medical Organizations Authorized to Issue Documents Confirming that a Foreign Citizen Does Not Have Drug Addiction or Infectious Diseases That Pose a Danger to Others, as provided for in the list approved by the federal executive authority authorized by the Government of the Russian Federation, as well as a certificate confirming that the foreign citizen does not have a disease caused by the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV infection)” (Document).

In Moscow, the lists have been slightly adjusted: one medical institution has been changed. Decree of the Government of Moscow No. 1517-PP of September 28, 2021 “On the establishment of lists of medical organizations in accordance with Federal Law No. 115-FZ of July 25, 2002 “On the Legal Status of Foreign Citizens in the Russian Federation” and on Certain Issues of Organizing the Publication of Information on Medical Examination of Foreign Citizens,“ (Document) as amended by Moscow Government Resolution No. 2416-PP of October 7, 2025 (”Moscow Gazette,” No. 56, October 9, 2025).
