Changes in SNT (accompanying consignment note) statement for export control goods

On September 6, 2023, changes were made on the IS ESF portal to reflect export control goods in the STS.
Such goods include dual-use and military goods, as well as controlled goods for national security purposes of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Thus, if the goods are included in export control, then for the formation of SNT, it will be additionally necessary to obtain an opinion and/or license depending on the category of goods.
