Starting from September 1, 2023, the report on conducting a special assessment of working conditions can be submitted in electronic form.
It is signed with a qualified electronic signature or an enhanced unqualified electronic signature. The report is prepared by the organization that conducted the assessment.
The report on the special assessment of working conditions should include the conclusions of experts from the organization that conducted the evaluation of working conditions. Specialists must have a certificate allowing them to conduct the assessment and undergo certification. Starting from September 1, 2023, paper certificates will no longer be issued. Experts can verify their certification with an electronic extract from the specialized register. The document will be automatically generated in the document management system. This is sufficient for authorization to perform this work.
