The employer is obliged to send information about the accident in electronic format in the form of a labor-related accident report through the information portal “Electronic Labor Exchange”

Information on the contract of compulsory insurance of an employee against accidents in the performance of labor (official) duties concluded by an insured person is entered into the Unified Insurance Database by the insurer. The Unified Insurance Database is a single insurance database maintained by one of the National Bank’s subsidiary organizations – State Credit Bureau JSC. Further, the data are automatically transferred to the “Occupational Health and Safety” information system, and the employer’s obligations to inform the authorized state body are considered fulfilled.
