The Order approves new forms of applications and notifications relating to the employment of an individual foreign national in the Russian Federation. The new forms came into force on 1.1.24.

The following forms are affected by the changes:

  • application form for the issuance of a work permit
  • application form for the extension of a work permit
  • application form for the issuance of a duplicate work permit
  • application form for amendments to the information contained in the work permit
  • notification of the conclusion of an employment contract or a civil law contract for the performance of work (provision of services) with a foreign citizen
  • form of notification of the termination of an employment contract or civil-law contract for the performance of work (provision of services) with a foreign national
  • form of a foreign citizen’s application for employment as an HQS
  • form of notification of the employment of a foreign citizen by an organization providing services for the employment of foreign citizens in the territory of the Russian Federation
  • form of notification on the fulfillment by employers and customers of work (services) of obligations to pay wages to a foreign citizen (stateless person) as an HQS
