MBA-Lean trainees completed 4 days of full-time training in St. Petersburg. Konsu acted as a partner and provided its office in St. Petersburg.
On the first day the heads of departments and divisions of Konsu gave a LEAN tour around their office and told about their way of implementing lean workflow.
Our employees in 2022 were trained in the LEAN-manager program. During the training process, the team:
