Qualification requirements for tour operators now include:

  • An established tourism product.
  • Presence of at least one employee with tourism education and at least one year of work experience
  • Premises for the office on the right of ownership or other legal grounds.
  • Bank guarantee agreement concluded with a bank. This requirement is new and is necessary only for outbound tourism tour operators.
