Decrees No. 407 dated June 08, 2020 and No. 417 dated June 11, 2020 issued by the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs have approved new forms for temporary residence permit and permanent residence permit:
- Temporary residence permit – Application form
- Temporary residence permit – Application form (for minors)
- Temporary residence permit – Close relatives and degree of kinship
- Permanent residence permit – Application form
- Permanent residence permit – Application form (for minors)
- Permanent residence permit – Next of kin
- Permanent residence permit – Employment history
- Permanent residence permit – Change of personal data
- Permanent residence permit – Change of personal data (for minors)
New application forms will be accepted from July 17 onwards.
Updates from July 20, 2020: Individuals can visit the local offices of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in St. Petersburg and Leningrad Oblast:
- To get stamps affixed to confirm the issuance of temporary residence permits and residence permits to foreign nationals upon presentation of ID;
- For application and issuance of temporary residence visa to foreign nationals and stateless persons that have submitted a new ID.
