In accordance with the Federal Law of 31.07.2023 N 404-FZ from October 01, 2023 will establish responsibility for:

  1. Failure to notify citizens of a summons (subpoena) from a military commissariat or other body carrying out military registration when such summonses (subpoenas) are received, including in electronic form, or failure to provide citizens with the possibility of timely appearance on a summons (subpoena) from a military commissariat or other body carrying out military registration – a fine of up to 400,000 rubles.
  2. Failure by the head or other official of an organization, or by an official of a local government body responsible for military registration work, to submit lists of citizens subject to initial registration to a military commissariat or other body responsible for military registration within the established time limit – a fine of up to 400,000 rubles
  3. Failure to assist military commissariats in their mobilization work when mobilization is announced – a fine of up to RUB 500,000.

Responsibility for citizens:

  1. Failure of citizens to fulfill their duties on military registration – a fine of up to Br30,000.
  2. Evasion from medical examination – a fine of up to Br20,000.
  3. Deliberate damage or loss of military registration documents – a fine of up to RUB 5,000.
