Resolution of the Board of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Regulation and Development of Financial Market of March 29, 2024 № 18 made changes to the resolution of the Board of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Regulation and Development of Financial Market of February 24, 2020 № 8 “On establishing a list of offshore zones for the purposes of banking and insurance activities, activities of professional participants of the securities market and other licensed activities on the securities market, activities of joint stock investment funds and activities of organizations engaged in microfinance activities.

This Resolution excludes the Principality of Liechtenstein from the List of Offshore Zones (item 23).

In total, the List of Offshore Zones includes 51 states.

The Decree comes into effect on April 15, 2024.
