Foreign citizens and remote workers – main aspects of migration registration

Anna Reznikova, Head of Labor and Migration Law Practice, Konsu, participated in the CCIFR HR and Migration seminar. During the seminar Anna made a presentation on “Remote workers abroad – specifics of documentation” and covered the following issues:

• How to continue labor relations with employees who moved abroad.
• How to maintain document flow with employees working abroad.
• What to do if an employee has not reported that he/she has moved abroad.
• Taxation procedure for an employee working abroad from 2024.
