Russia | Effective March 1, 2027, the minimum HQS salary will be RUB 717,000: the draft law has been adopted in the third reading

On July 8, 2026, the draft law was adopted in the third reading. Among other changes, it increases the minimum salary for foreign workers with HQS (Highly Qualified Specialist) status.
Starting March 1, 2027, the monthly salary for the majority of specialists with HQS status will have to be at least RUB 717,000.
