The Federal Tax Service has prepared a form for requesting an extract from the Unified State Register of Taxpayers, the format for submitting it, and an updated form for this extract

A draft form for requesting an extract from the Unified State Register of Real Estate (EGRN) and the format for submitting it as part of a draft order of the Federal Tax Service of Russia, developed in accordance with paragraph eight of Article 84 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation, was submitted for public discussion.

Currently, the form for requesting information from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities has not been approved. It can be drawn up arbitrarily.

The request can be made on behalf of oneself or a third party. Separate sheets will be provided for different submission options. It is also planned to update the forms for extracts from the Unified State Register of Taxpayers (for Russian organizations, foreign organizations, individuals, and extracts from the USRRE stating that no information is available).

If adopted, the document will come into force on January 1, 2026.
