The draft federal law provides that the report on the special assessment of working conditions will be prepared not only on paper but also in electronic form, and the electronic report can be signed with a reinforced qualified electronic signature or a reinforced unqualified electronic signature. In addition to studying and measuring harmful and hazardous factors of the work environment and work process, additional criteria will also take into account the conditions (specifics) of work activity.
